An order is not considered accepted until payment has been received and confirmed.

Shipping

Shipping timeframes are estimates only.

Andrew & Sons is not responsible for delays caused by freight carriers, weather events, customs processes or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns and Refunds

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Customers are responsible for the appropriate storage and use of our products.

We recommend storing olive oil in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Andrew & Sons shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our liability is limited to the replacement value of the product purchased where required by law.

Wholesale Customers

Wholesale customers are responsible for storing, handling and selling products in accordance with applicable food safety requirements and regulations.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia and Australia.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
