Due to food safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Description of the issue
• Clear photographs

Where appropriate, we may offer:
• Replacement product
• Store credit
• Refund

Consumer Guarantees
Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement, refund or compensation where products fail to meet consumer guarantees.
